The short version: buy the product that fits your pest, read the label, and use it as directed.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Product use
These are pesticides. They are sold for use according to the label — the label is the law. Read it before opening, follow the application rate for your target pest, keep children and pets away from treated surfaces, and never transfer the product into an unlabelled container.
No professional advice
Our support answers are guidance based on the label, not a substitute for a licensed applicator. For large infestations, structural problems, or regulated commercial settings, hire a licensed professional.
Liability
We are responsible for the product arriving as described. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, by applying a product outside its label, or by treating a surface the label excludes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
