When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out on the next business day.

We ship free to every address in the United States, with no minimum order value. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. If your order is urgent, contact us and we will do our best to prioritise it.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also follow any order on the Track Order page using your order ID and billing email.
